In our area, weather damage can go undetected until water has found its way into the building. We can spot and repair hail, wind, and water damage. We’ll also inspect your building and identify weaknesses in the surface. On most commercial buildings, that is at edges and around HVAC units and vents.

Our job starts with finding the source of the leak, and that isn’t always easy. We have the diagnostic tools and experience to find them. We can correct drainage issues that lead to water retention, secure flashings around edges and protrusions, and clean up all traces of rust and rot.

We can install a low-sloped surface that keeps your building dry inside and protected from severe weather. Some options include:

Built Up Roofs (BUR) – This commercial surface consists of three-foot-square felts in multiple layers that are laminated. A top cap, or finish layer, is applied over the materials to complete the application. BUR has been a popular type of roofing material for many years.

Metal  – We can repair both standing seam and flat sheet metal types. We can tighten or replace loose fasteners and replace any old and rusted pieces.

EPDM – This is a rubberized coating that will conform to any dimension. It is ozone-resistant and can also meet the Cool Roof Rating Standards if you are interested in saving money on summer cooling bills. It resists tears and separations and handles foot traffic well.

Modified Bitumen – Also known as torch down, it is often used for retrofits as well as new installations. It combines the strength of multiple layers with the convenience of single-ply.

TPO - We recommend that you waterproof your low-sloped surface. TPO is becoming a popular choice for this application, as well as new installations and repair. It can save you the cost of a full tear-off and replacement. This single-ply material conforms to any surface to create a watertight barrier.

TPO is resistant to damage from hail, wind, driving rain, and even foot traffic. The right coating can also reduce building temperature when installed in white or other reflective colors, saving you money on your cooling. We can offer you a free inspection and help you make the right choice of repair or replacement. We’re accredited by the Better Business Bureau and work with top national manufacturers.
